Yeah seems like the Iranian state media is saying that it’s a lie too. What a fucking idiot man. What the fuck was the plan here? To just lie a ceasefire into existence?

I wish I could find a source for it, but Giuliani actually said something like guys like him and Trump manifest what they want their reality to be and it just happens.
