Quick Facts

Different routes (oral vs injections vs trans-dermal etc) have the same results. Pick whichever option you are most comfortable with.
If you're doing feminizing hrt your boobs will randomly grow in bursts. Chest pain going away is perfectly normal.
It's unreliable to estimate your hormone levels based on signs. Take blood tests if they are available to you.
Remember to eat well, get enough sleep, and exercise! This will help you grow properly and look more masculine on testosterone or more feminine on estradiol.

I use EEN in Grapeseed Oil from Voix Celeste, link at the end, and have been wondering as the temperature climbed over 30° a lot in the last couple of days: Should I keep the vials cool? Currently I keep em in a Cupboard in the Bathroom, so that thry are sheltered from light and sunshine at all times. So here is my question: should I put em in the fridge or are they fine as they are in the cupboard.

The estrogen can handle the heat (it's heated significantly more when making the vial!), it's sunlight that would degrade the estrogen - definitely keep them in a cool dark place. The heat is bad for the oil, the oil will go rancid. Putting them in the fridge is worse because the fridge is so humid. Room temp cupboard is fine.
