This is all completely wrong, I was thinking about Gibbs free energy decreasing with spontaneous reactions.

The main thing I remember from my thermodynamics classes is the day I broke the thermometer. Yup.
Lol. Closest I had to a thermo class was my AP chem in HS when the teacher told us all he was going to say about it is that it is incredibly complicated and whenever you think you've got it, you don't. He was a character.
