I’m pretty sure there isn’t a country in the world where you have to put out a fire you’ve witnessing or be held accountable. So regardless of whether your point is good, your analogy is shit.
So if someone puts a house on fire, you see it and dont do anything, would it be fair to arrest both of you? Yes or no question
