Before all the high positions were filled by Trump, there should have been riots. Now Trump has integrated his system. In a democracy, protests in 20 different locations can be more challenging. Since police would have to respect laws... In fascism, however, this is no longer of any use, because if necessary the 20 positions are then decimated by force of arms. It's too late. People have peacefully watched democracy being dismantled.
What are you even talking about here? Its certainly not anything related to overwhelming the limited logistic capabilities of law enforcement.
They can handle one protest at one location. Make a list of 20 protest sites, and pass it out to everyone. When the riot cops show up in force leave. Quickly. Move to another site. Keep forcing them to either pull out of a previous site, or spread themselves thin.In democracy this works.
In fascism its not working because at some Point they just start Shooting and spread fear.

Peaceful protest works when you can humble someone into hearing you out. A sense of civility that understands it’s an alternative to violence.
It doesn’t work when they just send in federalized national guard and teargas you and shoot the press no matter how peaceful the assembly, because it is seen as violence to disagree loudly.
