It's simple.

Just change the entire way elections are run from the ground up, and then you'll have all the options you need!

Oh, how do you go about actually changing elections?

Don't worry about that, it'll be sorted..... somehow..... Just keep voting third part and it'll all magically work out!

You know, assuming we still have elections in 2028, and assuming potential elections aren't one of those "vote for the correct candidate or off to the gulags for you" kind of elections and opposition is only allowed to run because the votes don't matter.

Something something both parties.
