I think one of two things happens.
He deletes the post, makes a (non-)apology, and then starts insincerely posting positively about peaceful protestors and the vital necessity of peaceful protesting and as the great MLK Jr. said we must...
He doubles down.
He's a gigantic, insufferable lib asshole but #1 is far better for him financially. He doesn't want to damage his rep, lose appearances on tv, or damage book sales, etc. I think #1 starts today. But #2 is better. It's so much funnier. I hope he's such an asshole he can't help but doubling down.
