Not only that, they are basing the ruling on the concept that the protected category of sex is based on reproductive organs and/or chromosomes. Where does this ruling leave intersex people at then?

As always, it's about cis people seeing binary in everything and erasing the existence of people through these stupid and malicious rulings.

They knew where the complaint was coming from, they knew the implications it would have, and they decided to rule in their favor anyways.

Oh yeah I fully agree, it throws multiple peoples under the bus. The thing is, trying to argue about biology with them is almost pointless because the proponents of this anti-trans rhetoric don't actually care about what they call "biological facts". The fact that they have based a legal ruling on a premise that is widely understood to be mistaken shows this.

They just want to punch down and punish the people whose mere existence challenges their preconceptions.
