Like others have mentioned, caffeine and sugar intake can cause the heart fluttering (I definitely experienced this when I used to drink 3+ cups of coffee a day). I've also found that my body feels better overall when I limit my intake of ultra-processed foods and stick to a whole foods diet. Hope that helps!

I may also be intaking too much sugar, as you mentioned. But the caffeine is the big one. It may also be causing crashes too.
I also used to drink 3+ cups of coffee a day before switching to caffeine pills (I take about 2 a day).
