I've been falling asleep to hour+ long videos on space, by Astrum Extra, so I don't know why I had a nightmare about

Living alone and finding blood everywhere in my house, running to the neighbours for help, then waking up to find blood everywhere in my house, running to the neighbours for help, then waking up to find blood everywhere in my house, then running to the neighbours for help... And so on. It was a good 15-20 loops before I woke up at 3am.

The cat came and cuddled me so I fell back asleep and was fine. I'm not upset, just tripped out lol.

Second ADHD assessment appointment for my partner today, so another trip across the city. Gonna treat myself with a cafe coffee, because it's my birthday 😂

My beautiful friend came over yesterday, and made a delicious soup, healing for the mind, body, and soul. I feel so happy to have spent the day with them. They got to meet Mickey, we took a walk, it was great! They gave me their guitar, so I've been practicing last night - gonna practice more this afternoon when I return. I do wish I had slightly longer, thinner fingers so I stop flattening the other strings when practicing chords, but I'm sure I'll get the hang of it with practice.
