There is a book I can't remember the name of where objects from our universe fall through a wall on a different universe and there is a team of people whose job it is to send as much stuff back as possible.

I choose to believe this is what happening.

Totally random, but is this the same book where the main villain has a car that exhausts bubbles or something? I've been trying to find the name of the book for years.
