Illegal dumping of household bulk waste. Like, if you have an old fridge, you can just wheel it to a local park and leave it there.

Or a mattress to dispose of, you can carry it on your back like Obelisk in that comic, and dump it behind a half-built house.

Trade waste too. Got 20 tons of rubble but don’t want to pay the processing fees? Dump it on a farm somewhere.
