The Capitalists in power have a relationship with the Working Class out of utility, personal feelings don't really change the predatory dynamic. Capitalists need workers in order to extract surplus value.

Capitalism arose naturally from feudalism, alongside industrialization. Capitalism arose as a stage in development.
