Why would any politician care about people who don't vote?

Historically, it's easier for them to campaign in swing states than to get non-voters to vote.

As well, not voting doesn't send a clear message. That might've been your message. 9,699,998 of the others might've just not voted for Harris because she's a woman. Who knows? Not the politicians, because they're not on Lemmy.

If your politicians don't think there is a soul searching emergency when they have a nearly 10 million vote swing against them in favor of someone they spent 10 years branding as a fascist, racist, rapist demagouge who would bring the end of democracy then uhh ok. I guess whatever excuses you can give to keep supporting them then sure.

I'd rather support the Democrats than support Trump's victory, which, if you didn't vote, you have done. Congratulations on your "moral" victory.

A "moral" victory is what you are on here parading around.

Harris lost because she was the worst candidate ever. Worse than Trump. Worse than Hillary Clinton, but you can't see it because of the democrats coconut vibez blaming everyone but their weak ass selves.

Consider never voting again since it seems you have no idea what you are doing. We don't want another Harris disaster.

What are "democrats coconut vibez"?

[–] lemmingthelemmers@lemmy.world 0 points 3 days ago (1 children)

The exact reason Donald Trump is president - so thank you for that.
