Every time I see a "US eagle" with a speech balloon...
Well, when a bald eagle is depicted on TV, it's usually "dubbed" by a hawk. I'd recommend anybody to search what those eagles actually sound like, so you can laugh too.
For the lazy: they sound like goofy confused seagulls.
Seagulls with good PR.
If I don't search, I can keep imagining a clown car horn.
