two years back, there were iranian weapons in use by ukrainians, but some of these couldn't have been taken from intercepted houthi transports because it included things like 125mm tank shells, made in 2022, and houthis have no tanks. so there's a possibility that someone bought them by proxy, for example through sudan from iran for ukrainians to use. then now we have czech shell initiative
