The level of hubris he is exhibiting by bragging about a ceasefire deal that was immediately violated is just… wow.

Is he bragging that it's the same deal? My interpretation is that he is complaining that "this is the same shit I wrote 7 months ago. What the fuck changed?"

But I dunno. I'm largely baffled by the whole affair.
