last time I played warframe was probably around 2017-2018, I know a lot's happened since then but as opposed to back then, I might be going in solo

how is the game these days? 1999 has me tempted to come back in :P

I quit right before Fortuna. And started back in September, if you care for your time then don't play it since DE absolutely doesn't, they give you around 12hrs worth of weeklies to do and all of it boring and repetitive. I did not enjoy what the game is now.

Ignore Nightwave until you've done more content. If you have to look at it, just change some damage types around so you can complete the odd daily while playing the rest of the game. It's mostly there for the super obsessive MR30+ players who have already completed nearly everything else, which is why it's almost entirely cosmetics, potatoes, and forma.
