A women can actually get pregnant that way, since semen could very well end up in the vagina due to proximity.

Thought this was BS and the semen couldn't go from the Vulva into the fallopian tubes, but there does appear to be a risk: https://www.healthline.com/health/can-you-get-pregnant-from-anal

And if you're being that sloppy she could also get bacterial vaginosis. Although at least the bacteria aren't quite as self-propelling as sperm
