I have a Chromecast 4k with Google TV which is android. So theoretically I might be able to install it. But I don't need it very often. And to be honest on the 4k TV if possible I'd rather watch in 4k if possible. And it seems that with torrents often you can find a 4k version.
I've got the same device, it's awesome! I'm using stremio and real debrid and it's great. I replaced the stock launcher and now have Stremio feeds on my home screen instead of all the default ads/crap in the stock launcher.
