Its like asking why Nazis deserve to get punched.
There are perfectly fine people on 4chan. Nothing about 4chan itself is even close to Nazism. It's a diverse message board. The worst scum of humanity posts there, but as this image literally shows, there are perfectly normal conversations there, a lot actually.
You could say the thing about Twitter. But everyone knows it's a racist Nazi infested shit hole. 4chan is no different.
I think there’s a pretty big difference between an anonymous website that lets the hateful and the edgy post whatever awful words they want, and the top down corruption of a giant established algorithm driven site used for communication around the world.
There isn't much a difference between the user base of one Nazi forum like 4chan and another Nazi forum like twitter. Just because you like one and dislike the other doesn't mean they're both shit sites with a user base full of Nazi scum

Moderation and intent are big parts of the difference too.
I don’t use 4chan but I gather that it’s a wild little corner of the internet where you can put whatever crazy shit you wish on a website that others will read, knowing what they signed up for. Basically anything goes so you get all types. You might even call it free speech absolutism.
But Twitter is actively moderated and algorithm tuned to favor a certain flavor of bias and, especially given the players involved, propaganda.
One is neutrality even in the face of humanity’s worst, and the other is actively siding with and promoting humanity’s worst.
If you think 4chan is neutral and isn't being manipulated with propaganda then I have a bridge to sell you.

Sure, and there are plenty of good people still on Twitter/X. Don't label people based on sites they use or people they affiliate with, label them based on their actual actions, otherwise you'll be more wrong than right.
If you lay down with dogs, don't complain when you get fleas. I will label those people who use those sites as racist Nazi incel losers because that's how I view them for posting on those vile site.
