Yes, that's how English works, everyone has pronouns unless you want to use their name every time they're referred to.

I have a friend who didn't use pronouns when talking to or about others for a while. Turns out they were struggling with their own gender identity and they started using pronouns again once they figured themselves out.

I'd like for them to stop using them altogether and only use names just to "trigger" us.
