For Agitprop purposes, I’m asking comrades to help aggregate any and all effortpost responses, critiques, or general thoughts that you have seen or written pertaining to yesterday’s U.S. election that you think have standalone value for discussion either online or IRL.

I made a post for that purpose here, and ideally it can be used not only for general discussion, but as a reference for well thought out responses in discussions about the election to save all of us some brainpower.

No shitposts please, as we’d like to highlight some comrades’ actual effort in constructing responses or analysis, but humor is 100% welcome to help make your point!

imagine being the kind of person who a) goes through the mental gymnastics to vote for a genocidal fascist because the other genocidal fascist might do worse genocidal fascism, b) have that be on your voting record permanently, having to explain your decision to vote for a genocidal fascist to your kids and grandkids when they ask what you did while millions were being ethnically cleansed and exterminated, and then c) lose anyway.

these people are probably thinking "well, I tried to prevent a yet greater genocide and my attempt failed, woe is me. may god have mercy on my soul." but actually they were goose-stepping and hitler-saluting all the way to the ballot box to vote for Himmler instead of Hitler, and I hope they get disowned and left to rot by their descendants
