MODERATORS
Finland had in 2023 a total of 3429 homeless people. 2/3rds of those are temporary without home for a wide variety of reasons, including mental health or substance abuse issues, and that category is the main cause when talking about long term homeless that make up the remaining 1/3rd. I think based on that, saying "often behind the homelessness there’s substance abuse, addiction or mental health issues" makes perfect sense.

If you want to make a specific point it pays to be specific. The US isn't the only country on the planet, shouldn't assume every discussion is about the US by default.
do u not know about the concept of context? also u are in the english speaking part of the internet 99.99% of the time it is about america, its a pretty safe assumption, and it is infact what this is about, so how about u stop spewing vile right wing bullshit and u learn how to read the room. either way we are done.
It's interesting, I didn't specify what country I was talking about and you are upset about that, even though you also think that's just fine as long as the country is the US. Very America-centric mindset.

At no point did you bring anything to this conversation. First you failed to understand that other countries exist, then after that you've been (ironically) upset about I should've specified I dared to talk about an another country because USA is to you the default.
