Were there any credible war crime accusations that were not followed up by Ukrainian officials?

Can you say anything about how widespread those are?

One I know about is that some Ukrainian soldiers with Hungarian background used the famous Erős Pista spicy pepper cream to torture Russan POW, which sounds like comic mischief besides all the rape, shelling of hospitals and kindergarten, etc. commited by the Russians.
