CIA are definitely US news, even if they're killed overseas.
US related, but far more focused on China and what the PRC has done.
US related = US news
CIA informants are usually not members of the CIA, but citizens of non-US countries that the CIA gets their intel from. This is basically "China kills Chinese citizens who are telling the CIA stuff."
