And the idea that a virus is not 100% effective and that there are a significant number of naturally immune people out there, rather than it needing to be the MacGuffin plot point and the narrative avoiding all bite wounds.

My grandfather was a big horror aficionado and played Resident Evil when I was growing up, and he always said that and the Hunter intro were the scariest parts for him.

OMG someone that played resident evil is a grandfather? I really never felt as old as now.

He was old when he played it. My mother said that when she was growing up in the 70s and 80s my grandparents always had the latest game consoles, and were reluctant to share with their kids (ie her).

He was the coolest grandfather.

Later i figured he was no teen anymore, if he played while you were growing up.

He really sounds pretty cool.
