Well, if you don't sleep for 2/3 days, that comes naturally
I haven't ever gone more than about 28 hours without sleep. My body just won't stand for that
Well, that's easy, friend. Have you tried a big heaping dose of depression? That's how I used to accomplish such feats.
I indeed have. 8-9 hours is a struggle for me.
I sleep for 12 hours and feel like I haven’t slept at all. Same if it’s 6 or 8-9. Just book an appointment with a sleep neurologist. 🤞
