Policy schmolicy. Withholding even one cent you are owed is fucking shitty.
This sort of thing is pretty common in various industries, they let the money accumulate until it reaches a threshold.
Common doesn't mean not shitty
Costs more than a cent to male the transaction
What if they female it? It should cost 0.7 cents.
