@_elena@mastodon.social these are the right attitudes and the high expectations we need to set and stick to. kids are in real danger. adults are in real danger. getting radicalised and racist on facebook, torturing themselves to look like instagram people, torrents of misinformation on twitter, it is a shambles. the fedi takes the corrupt corporate element out right, and that puts it in the commons. where it can be made safe and empowering.
