I got a similar book and started writing down everything I did in 2022 (but there's a gap from 8 February - 3 April 2022 because my pen ran out of ink), and it's pretty cool to see all the things I do that I immediately forget about. I don't write down things like "watch YouTube" (but I did write down which Breaking Bad episodes I watched, for some reason) and try to focus on the things that require some active doing on my part. Some of the notes are a bit cryptic and I can't remember what they were supposed to mean, but for the most part, it's nice to look at random entries to see what I did on a specific day.

I did it for one summer as a kid. A lot of entries are now meaningless, but there are little gems hidden amongst the pages
