Just like how Joe is a piece of shit for also saying nobody died. He stood in front of the nation and denied what happened to those thirteen people...as well as others.

He said "doesn't have" on July 3 2024, not "had". It's called present tense in English.
Unlike Trump, Biden does not currently have troops dying anywhere in the world.
