Anything less than 71% Dems in congress and the GOP agenda gets passed.
Even with a 100% Dem majority they'd be paying consultants to find them bipartisan solutions
Okay yes democrats hold 100% of seats but if they try to pass anything progressive that one pesky holdout democrat from Red State will filibuster it so there's just no point in doing anything at all until next election.
