I don’t have a problem bringing in foreign workers if there’s a need for the skills or talent, but the minimum wage for those workers needs to be at least 70% more than Canadians citizens.

If a company has no alternative they’ll bring them over but otherwise they’ll give jobs to Canadians first.

These go back to 2012 and these are just some cherry picked headlines, entire program needs to be dismantled, or at least fundamentally changed. We've known about these issues for years, there's no excuse.
