Wait, is he angry that they translated the menu into English, or is he genuinely angry about the use of Spanish in a Mexican restaurant? What would a Mexican menu look like if you were not allowed to use Spanish words?

If the restaurant used Google Translate and gave me a small meat carving of a donkey when I ordered a burrito, I would be mad too.

I'd like the "old clothes" please. LOL.

Is that what the article says happened? There's no link.

No, it isn't. The man was furious that a sign advertising their $1.99 taco special had superscript (written only in Spanish) stipulating the offer is only valid on Friday. A somewhat manipulative ad, sure, but certainly not something that justifies flying into a racist tirade.

I would say that's an incredibly manipulative ad, honestly, kind of scummy to write information like that in a single language on a bilingual menu. However going on a racist tirade is also not a good response, frankly.

He was angry he couldn't get a friday-only special on a different day of the week.

If you're gonna live in Southern California, it might behoove you to learn a little Spanish.

Also, yelling at underpaid restaurant staff is never appropriate, nor is threatening to call immigration on Mexican Americans.
