This sounds like they slept on oppo research and message testing for anyone but Biden and now they realize they're at square one.
Is this not just a continuation of the same old plan to characterize everything Democrats do as cheating so they get to say the election was stolen again?
That messaging works to keep their base engaged but capturing low-information swing voters is a bit trickier.
Maybe it doesn't matter when you don't care about the results of the election anyway?
Every Republican accusation is an admission.
They're going to recycle the same bullshit talking points anyway. They don't need research
Now is a good time to test the candidates on mental acuity, and ability to put together coherent sentences.
Let's also do some drug testing while we're at it.

Modern conservative malice is matched only by modern conservative ineptitude.
There isn't a way to reject all facts and data about the world you don't like and still remain competent. You can't send someone to the moon by rage tweeting that NASA shouldn't exist and then building a giant slingshot because it feels like the right way to do it.
That's why they always change the measure of success to just hurting The Other. It's cheap and easier than solving problems.
