I was just wondering what you all thing content for a vegan lemmy should really look like. Vegan Home Cooks is easy because its scoped to pictures. I wonder vegan "news" articles kind of fall on the neoliberal/welfarist side and there isn't that much written about animal rights action in way that is easy to share publicly considering they're considered domestic violent terrorists by the US government.

So aside to links to things that get people in trouble and neoliberal news what else can we post here to make this place interesting?

Plant-Based Capitalism Lists (vegantheoryclub.org)

As I understand these lists may be outdated, but they are an excellent resource that can be referred to in order to better understand the reach of animal agriculture companies into "vegan" foods.

If course, the best way to avoid all this is to come join the Vegan Home Cooks ;) https://vegantheoryclub.org/c/homecooks

The place to discuss veganism.

Veganism is a philosophy and way of living which seeks to exclude—as far as is possible and practicable—all forms of exploitation of, and cruelty to, animals for food, clothing or any other purpose; and by extension, promotes the development and use of animal-free alternatives for the benefit of animals, humans and the environment. In dietary terms it denotes the practice of dispensing with all products derived wholly or partly from animals.
