I've tried making a post with an image but I get error 400. Quick google search says "HyperText Transfer Protocol (HTTP) 400 Bad Request response status code indicates that the server cannot or will not process the request due to something that is perceived to be a client error".

I've tried from 2 different accounts on different instances and on 2 different subs. Same issue repeatedly. Is this an eternity issue or am I doing smth wrong.

I'm using "Top 6 hours" as my default sorting option but everytime I open the app it's back to "Hot".

Is this just a bug for me or a known issue?

I keep getting this image when trying to open a link from dubz.co through football. Anyone got any tips on how to force it to open through Firefox instead?

Sorry if this is a dumb question, I was looking at the filter feature but I only saw that it can be used to exclude users, instead of including, maybe I overlooked some other option?

Could a button for showing context be added when viewing a single thread?
For instance, I made a comment under someone else's comment, they replied and I see it in my inbox. When I click on the reply it takes me to the thread where I can see my comment, the reply, and any replies under it. But I can't see the OP comment that I originally replied to.
There's a "Click here to view all comments" button but that shows all threads and I'll have to scroll to find my comment. So is it possible to add a "context" button?

The upvote and downvote counter both should have been positive no? How is it negative in this case?

I am not making a huge fuss about this very tiny of a tiny glitch. But I feel like this can become something much more serious if unknown.

I want to sort feeds by New, but comments by Top. How can I do that?

Infinity had a multireddit feature that let you create your own multireddits. I think it was client side, because I can use it without an account? Will this feature ever come back?

I know there are no multicommunities on Lemmy yet, but it would be cool if we could do it client-side.

Any time I try to apply filters from the home screen, it only filters Subscribed. Is there a way to filter on All or Local? I tried switching the tab order, but that didn't work.

And tapping the number does nothing atm, so I think the hitbox should cover the arrow and number or something

EDIT: yeah just made a sanity check and Infinity has the vote buttons sized properly

I knew it felt weirdly precise compared to old Infinity

Just a small request: There are some attributes that you can pass, so links opening via custom tab will be opened in incognito mode.

Could you add that, maybe as an additional option?

In many places, community mentions are prefixed by an exclamation point.

But when pasting these mentions in the go to community dialog, an error will appear, requiring the user to manually remve that exclamation point before submitting.

It would be nice, instead, to handle it automatically without error.

I need some help to figure out how I can search for new communities that are not yet cached on my instance.

If just search by !somecommunity@someinstance or the url, it just comes up empty everytime.

The only app I managed to get this working smoothly from the ones I tried is Voyager.

Ever since I downloaded the 0.1.1 the post sort type everywhere is stuck on new. I put all my settings back how they used to be before the update, but those settings are ignored. If I set my sort type manually in my feed, every time I close and open the app, everything is set to new again, despite me having toggled the 'save sort type' option.

Comment sort type is normal.

It would be nice if the app would scroll to the top when I click the Subscribed-tab again or twice. Is there a scroll-to-top setting somewhere in the settings?

Hey guys, I've recently setup Lemmy redirect to open all Lemmy links in eternity. But when I press open link in Firefox eternity just flashes with the text "opening link" intermittently visible.

Love the app otherwise!
