Pretty impossible to beat development that prioritized user comfort over market value profits yadayada. I hope to see more of that in my lifetime. Still gives me the warm fuzzies to see a well built public service building.

Imo a culture does exist, but it's based on the same individualist and consumerist fallacies as the rest of society. What's missing is community and respect, among other things ofc.

The historic/legacy countries do have some of that as a remnant, but the manufactured countries like USA AU etc are just "let's make neoliberalism our culture"

I always knew the capitalists won't let their lil cheeto doom their profits. Makes me think the end goal of this tarrifs stunt is political pandering. They really are testing the boundaries of my capacity of material analysis
