Would love to see a trained much smaller person no holds barred him in seconds. Destroy his ego. Big means something to him and having that power taken away would be soul crushing.
Let his peers publicly shame him. Cops love to do that. It’ll hurt more when his “friends” are showing their true colors.
Pension, gone. Immunity, gone. Let the man enjoy the consequences of his actions.
Or just feed him to a prison.
