Why's he got bulletproof glass around him? Did one of those crazy cat ladies that I keep hearing about throw their cats at him or something? /s obviously but that'd be funny as hell

Bold of you to assume that anyone who is in the position of being asked these kind of questions will provide any sort of comprehensible answer. Why the fuck would a Kennedy need to sell drugs? I thought they were rich, which is why we're all forced to listen to this gravelly, ridden-by-brain-worms-then-put-away-wet windbag in the first place.

In before someone making 35k a year says this is unfair or discriminatory.

IMO this sounds like a step in the right direction. Anything to shift the tax burden onto the wealthy should be on the table.

Well, Boeing, you cut your staff and salaries to the bone, used your profits on stock buy backs & to give absurd multi-million dollar bonuses to your C-suite stuffed suits, and killed whistleblowers who try to rat on your inhumane business practices. Do you think you can figure out why you can't attract talent now, Boeing? Do ya?

This a-hole judge should be removed from the bench and fired for this. Or at least forced to undergo the same treatment.

Has this judge even been to court before? If you're not there to sue or be sued(or tried) or to watch someone for a specific reason, then court is boring as hell. Instead of punishing someone who fell asleep, congratulate those who stayed awake - that's far more worthy of notice.

The double standard of topless & male-presenting being ok but topless & female-presenting not being okay is confusing and pointless. The rule won't force anyone to go topless if they'd prefer not to. It just levels the playing field for everyone.

I've seen men with much bigger boobs than women proudly display them at every beach, lake and festival I've ever been to. Why is that ok but not ok for women? Nobody can give me a good answer that's not tied into some patriarchal, thought-terminating religious BS. Everyone should have the option to go topless, irrespective of chosen gender.

I had a friend tell me a few days ago that they get up an hour and a half before they're supposed to work to relax and read or shower or whatever. I can't even picture that. I get up 30m before work and rush through coffee+oatmeal because if I slow down and think about how I have to work today it'll make me depressed.

It's better to catch me unawares so I don't have time to ruminate before I'm expected to work. Then before I know it I'll be working and too busy to think about how I'd rather be floating on a cloud while beautiful people feed me grapes off the vine.

I believe also that the predominating thought in this war among the generals that plan it is that a shake up to the current status quo was needed. Invading Russia gives Ukraine a bit of leverage, plus it draws away RU troops from the front line so that Ukraine may be able to retake a bit of ground.

Grand Poobah Pooty Putin can only say so many times that he's moving nukes to ready status or whatever until it becomes clear he's not going to use them. Nuking anybody, especially Ukraine, would be a tacit admission to the world that he's losing this war. If he did, NATO would likely get involved presumably because they would consider the fallout drifting over Europe to be an act of war, but a casus belli is a casus belli.

So yeah, I can see NATO countries being ok with a strike inside of Russia now. Makes total sense to me. I'm just surprised it took this long to get there.

I agree. Harris's team is doing an outstanding job with handling his useless drivel.

One of the people who was shot at this event is then-US representative Gabby Giffords. She was shot in the head and survived, but six people were killed. She is Mark Kelly's wife. I would presume they're going to have very strong opinions on gun control laws because of this.

They say you should only say good things about dead people. He's dead. Good.
