@boomzilla I am using Garuda Linux. It is possible that Niri causes some problems - but hiding the cursor out of reason? An it is a small Qt library I am editing, so it is CLion in this case.

@calinpristavu @Feyd That is exactly what happened to #Borland. They gave up their roots and lost everything... :/

Why are the IDEs of @jetbrains becoming worse and worse and worse? Right now I have a window which I cannot close because no menu visible. Cursor is always hidden, have to use the mouse. It is so annoying...

@revolutionaryvole @sukhmel Yes, loving it. But can't use it in the job 😭

@PokerChips I already start the project via tmux&neovim, and I am trying to switch. Code completion works (almost). But sometimes I am missing the auto-using/import insertion.

This neverending asking for a valid license is really annoying. Why don't you cache this shit?

@Custodian6718 @lena They wanted to add typings, they said in Poland at the ElixirConf?

How to enjoy editing with #WebStorm again

"Go to File Settings, then Editor > General > Inline completion, and then disable "Enable local Full Line completion suggestions." - what a relish

// @jetbrains

This 'intelligent' code completion completes wrong in 99% of all cases and I have to delete/change half of the completed. What is this good for?

@nebeker Not sure how much AI is involved. It is all of these automatic blocks stuff, eg after typing "match". Or inserting complete nonsense when hitting some 'known' word from a lib. And when my eyes are elsewhere, I get two lines of garbage right away

This auto completion in #RustRover is so annoying... I always have to remove at least half of the text it inserts.

@jetbrains

Why does #JetBrains #Rider's auto completion always takes the most complicated things, but not the var names from a line above?
