It's 100% getting delayed, not sure if they'd announce it in the show because they wouldn't want negative reactions to their big event.
I mean the game doesn't have any sort of text or voice chat so people can't be very toxic. At most they'll run off and get themselves killed or disconnect, which from what I hear isn't too uncommon.
I'm hoping for a sequel to The Evil Within, or a spiritual successor since MS still owns the rights apparently.

I'm with you on wishing they'll move on after Hades 2, but I don't want sequels to Transistor and Bastion. I'd prefer they make something new again.
But really I can't blame Supergiant for playing it safe because the last time they tried to make something truly unique it bombed hard (Pyre).
It seems to be within the "normal" realm of blockbuster movies. I don't remember who said it exactly, but advertising is usually ~2-3x the budget of a movie. The reported budget of thunderbolts is 180 mil. That leaves at least 300m for advertising.
