Been using Notesnook for almost 3 years now and it's just awesome. Highly recommend!

I found a Read Later extension that works in Firefox for mobile! in c/firefox@lemmy.ml

You could use something like Omnivore for this (it's what I use), is free and open-source and have apps for iOS and Android
