I hear thermite is good at destroying things.
My wife and I were lucky enough to be able to purchase a home at a decent rate and then refinance a few years later to an even better rate (around 3.5%). We bought in 2019, when the world was still somewhat sane. The thought of trying to sell and get a new home at the higher rate makes me sick to my stomach and I feel bad for my brother-in-law.
When we redid our kitchen I demanded induction. We had a shitty electric stove before, but I love my induction. It's be hard for me to go back to anything else.
Frankly, I thought he did an unexpected rocket punch.
I worked with HP once at an internship like 15 years ago...I still avoid them because of the shitty experience.
Weed/drugs. You do you, but shut the fuck up about it. I don't need to know why you think it needs to be legalized and all of the "health" benefits it offers. Just smoke your weed and be happy about it.
I just finished working out and noticed I had a flat after like 30 seconds of driving. It was dark and I pulled over on an uneven/unfinished area of road. A passerby helped me out by holding a flashlight, we were chatting as I was working, then all of a sudden my car fell off the jack (the flat had been removed). I was so lucky I didn't crush my hand. After that I just called AAA to take care of it for me and I'll never try changing a flat again.
On the Kindle, you can email yourself e-books.
Call up, schedule an appointment, have them remove the card, and then kick them out.
They started to enforce the multi home rule on my account, so I cancelled my subscription. I think I had the account over 10 years. I was barely using my account anymore, so I don't miss it that much.
Have you checked out The Expanse series? I think it's 8 primary books, with like 4 optional novellas. Its not exactly what you're looking for, but it does deal with some of what you're interested in. It was also turned into a pretty good TV show.
We have been very lucky and fortunate to acquire the American dream. My wife and I wouldn't have been able to do it without the help of her family though. Every time I look at the housing market it's only gotten crazier.
