I was banned from Reddit today, as r/NBA was discussing gambling. Someone said wealthy people are making a lot of money, so gambling wouldn't be stopped. I said we can stop it by cutting their heads off.

We've seen literal nazi speech be left unmoderated for decades online. Then one single CEO gets luigied and all of a sudden they do happen to have moderation tools.

Look, I have a mean futsal kick, but not close to a professional player. There are levels to it.

That said, and I might be misremembering, but I think the US army killed a lot more people with their incendiary bombings than with the two nuclear bombs.

I got my reddit account temporarily banned for 3 days.

For context, r/NBA was discussing gambling, and a user said there are wealthy people making a lot of money with gambling. So despite being detrimental to society, gambling isn't going anywhere.

I replied we can stop them by cutting their heads off. Got suspended for violating Rule #1, then deleted the app 😛

Not going to the gym is so detrimental to my mental health =( I need it to help regulate my sleep, and also anxiety and depression symptoms. But I got some teeth pulled and I can't go >_>

Do you see Lemmygrad primarily as a great space for studying theory among fellow communists and building solidarity in a protected space?

That's what I'd prefer. I like having a safe, moderated communist space. The level of discussion rises when you're not debating Stalin's big spoon, or some other western/imperialist/liberal propaganda.

American defaultism, in my commie space? Anyway...

The modern Left, for the most part, is harming this movement rather than helping. Anyone not in favor of centralizing and building as a massive coalition at this point is a traitor.

And what's that central organization, Sherlock? And what makes that organization the true one, instead of another one?

In Brazil, we say "chapéu de fascista é marreta". It doesn't have the same ring to it in English, sadly. But I made it into a classic joke format: What do you call a fascist's hat? A sledgehammer.

This line has been drawn a long time ago, comrade. The selftitled "anarchists", lowercase, still haven't figured out reading. The actual modern Anarchists are a strange bunch to most MLs... but anyone risking getting beaten up by police with me is also a comrade of mine. Some Anarchists, uppercase, were with us in February, together with teachers and indigenous people, while we faced some fucked up police brutality.

They had some good tunes too 🙏

Yep, PCO is terrible. Also, completely irrelevant in the national scenario. Shunned by all other marxist organisations. They do make some noise with their non-sense from time to time. Before this, the last time I heard of them, they were doing a go-kart race with a fascist organisation (MBL). No marxist in Brazil was perplexed by their bullshit, though.

@Conselheiro added some good information. I typed a lot, then deleted it. I think his report is better, quite accurate and extensive. Though I don't know how "honest" can a reformist party be. He also missed the other trostkist party, PSTU. They're less weird than PCO, but... quite irrelevant, honestly? Just for the sake of completeness.

I'll also add that maoist/LCP militants are often assassinated. But that goes without saying, for the rural land owning class is as powerful and ruthless as in most former colonies.

PCO is the textbook nazbol party. If I tried to describe it in detail, you'd think it's satire. But the edgy kids who like left aesthetics are drawn to it.

I've been trying to understand what exactly is a hoxhaist for a while. I take that it means more than just praising Hoxha's leadership in Albania, but I don't know where it goes from there.

Besides the three instances mentioned, which are mostly in English language, are there other recommendations, for other languages? I'd be particularly interested in Castellano/Spanish and Portuguese.
