Hello all, As you might be aware, lemmy.world has gotten rather large. It is so large infact that when it goes down it takes a large portion of content with it. I don't know about you but I personally don't like the idea of all lemmy activity happening on one instance. Because of this I have made the decision to move this community to a place that is smaller.

You really don't need to

I'm trying to access jellyfin remotely over i2p and I want to get the best performance.

Right now I'm having trouble with keeping a stable connection. My connection doesn't need to be fast but it keeps dropping in and out for some reason.

Why don't you start a community called home networking

On my Fedora labtop I use podman because its faster but for my homelab I use docker with docker compose because it is easier to administer

I've been testing it as well and you may be right

I don't like proton products. It feels like a false sense of security

I am setting up a new RMM solution and my first thought was to create a VPN with active directory. It turned out to be harder than I expected so I'm looking for cost effective solutions.

The company I work for used to use pulseway but everyone who set it up either left or is deceased. It seems to be priced right and it seems to have all the features I need. If anything its overkill.

Has anyone here ever used it? I'm a bit scared of supply chain attacks but I think I can get over my fear with convenience and price.

I'm looking to convert my data from nextcloud turnkey lxc container to a standard docker docker container.

What's the best way to go about this?

Edit:

I just exported my data manually and then reimported. It was almost pain free if I hadn't tried to upgrade from 25 to 27

I am trying to evenly distribute coal into coal generators to power my Technic machines. What is the best way to do this?

When you delete your posts on this sub, you are deleting a solution to a potenical problem that someone may be having. It is inconsiderate and can result in a ban.

I just like config files I guess

I like wireguard because it doesn't have a lot of overhead

I personally forward all my stuff via a wireguard tunnel setup in linode. However, I would strongly advise against exposing services to the internet.
