Gotta be a solution out there already right?

Have you tried wfdownloader, works well for scraping forums.

The solution is here. The site maybe wrongly redirecting httrack because of its default user agent so change httrack's browser id/identity. Did you check the webcopy log for errors, it may be site blocking the app and if that is the case, you will also get the same issue with httrack.

Try google and bing search and try searching using the title of the video and if nothing, you may have to give up on this.

What's the full error text it gives you? Also maybe try cyotek webcopy too since httrack hasn't been updated in a while.

did you follow their tutorial on their website? for large accounts more than 1k or to get the text you need to set it via its config for twitter. they also explained on this on twitter handle too.

I believe it should since nearly all the instagram scrapers I know can do that.

I think bulk downloader for reddit can do that for you.

I feel like the way OP described the instability an and frequent fail of Windows is a bit too much to be a Windows only issue. I don't think any OS in this modern age would survive if they crash all the time.

wfdownloader can do that for you it gives you a few options to rename the files like adding the poster, date, and so on.
