This. I'm scrambling to get all my shit sorted out on my desktop before switching over

Fuck. Now the maintenance funds will be freed up to be used for something actually useful for the Russian MOD.

The eggplant looks like an egg when it's growing.

Now I'm picturing the "long egg" meme, but growing on a plant. How cool would it be for eggplants to essentially be a giant, hardboiled egg inside?

It's just weird that the post asks people why they use Brave over Firefox/Librewolf and I get downvoted for giving an honest answer.

If Firefox added tab groups for mobile I'd start the (unfortunately slow) transition over to a fork that respects privacy by default.

But unfortunately, Mozilla keeps insisting that it's "hard to make tab groups in a way that's intuitive and efficient for the end user" when Chromium already has that as an example. So I still use Brave, because I need my tab groups.

You mean the only thing in the post resembling a red flag?

Being 4Chan, I was keeping an eye on the vibes of the post, and apart from that nothing sticks out as particularly off. And even then, being a bit jealous is understandable so long as it's not acted on or causes mental issues

Sounds like that one chapter in Metro: Exodus minus the zombies

That's still not how progressive tax systems work. In your example, it's the first 20k is taxed 23%, then the next 32k is taxed 25%, then the next 50k is taxed 35%.

So if you made 52k in a year, the first 20k yields 4.6k in taxes, then the remaining 32k yields 8k in taxes. Leading to a total of 12.6k in taxes, or an effective rate of ~24.2%

Agreed. I like to dunk on cryptobros as much as the next guy/gal, but crypto is the first actual solution that comes to mind here

There's literally multiple filters to block adult and NSFW games from being shown in the store. If you're seeing porn games, then you haven't turned them on

I wonder if you could eventually get it built into Bazzite

Firefox still doesn't have tab groups on mobile

Currently getting my first media server set up, and I'm wondering what the best directory would be for all the stored files. For reference, I'm working with Ubuntu server to follow the guide I'm using.

Mainly, I'm wondering if I should migrate /home/ to my RAID array, or leave /home/ where it is and create a new directory on the RAID array. Currently the server will just be for my use, but might expand it for others to use

I've been wanting a suppressor for my rifle for awhile, but with the incoming administration I'm worried about having my fingerprints on file due to the tax stamp. On the other hand, I'm seeing a bunch of people recommending suppressors on the subreddit and they don't seem to care. Is my worry reasonable or unfounded?

I'm looking into building my first NAS/Jellyfin server, and one thing I keep wondering about is whether I should try and make it work as a Sunshine server to stream games to my TV via Moonlight.

On my current desktop, I mainly do this for emulated games or former console exclusives. That being said, I'd rather not use my desktop as a server, hence wanting to cram it into a NAS/Jellyfin server. Is this a good idea? Or should I drop it and keep the media server separate?

Per the title, I remember TheDude mentioning that he will set up a way to donate money to help cover server expenses months back. I haven't seen a link yet and wondering if that's been done

As the title says, Yuzu is being a hassle. I'm having to reconfigure my controller every single session, which is extremely annoying when I'm streaming it through Moonlight/Sunshine and have to either walk all the way across the house to fix it or use the controller to emulate a mouse.

Also, Yuzu is "saving" my configurations, but only in name. Every time I open it up in the configuration menu, all my button remappings (ex: flipping face buttons) are reset to default.

Is there anyone willing and able to help with this?
