If most vpn's are blocked, you could try a proxy server but the reliablity and privacy of them can be questionable.
There is also DNS tunneling, while much harder it does work ok.

I have a 4TB NAS, Air gapped tv, VPN at the router level, old gaming pc now being used as a plex media server, and connected to my tv, cheap bluetooth remote for my tv setup.
Overall it sounds complex but its worth it in the end.
I think you still dont get it. Most poeple in this community pirate, which is illegal in most contries.
Most people here want privacy, meaning a vpn that doesnt give away payment info, and other PII. Because of that, there are very few safe vpn's out there.
